“I attended the Reformer Foundations class with Aaliyah as the instructor, and it was a fantastic foundations class getting used to the reformer. The class size was 7 people, which is very ideal in order for the instructor to help the students with proper form, placement, and cater to the student's individual needs. Aaliyah was very helpful to me and led a great class! I experienced a refreshing work out that also challenged my body in a positive way. The studio is very clean and well-kept. Towards the end of class, the instructor hands out individual cleaning wipes to sanitize the equipments used. I highly recommend this studio and to anyone interested in doing Pilates.“

“I have signed up through ClassPass for Y6 Hot a few times now, and LOVE practicing hot yoga here! Upon walking in, the staff is always so friendly and welcoming when checking you in. During my first class, I loved that they had my name down on the whiteboard as a welcome note. The studio overall is clean and I loved that the bathroom had goodies if needed (spray deoderant/tampons/pads/tissues). They also have a storage room you go into to borrow the props they have (yoga bolsters, straps, yoga blocks). They have one yoga room/space; I recommend getting there at least 10-15 minutes before class to get space for your yoga mat in the studio, especially as classes are filled with other students too. I love how the instuctors here are so empowering, and genuinly love teaching yoga! Hot yoga has done wonders for my health, and I leave each session feeling AMAZING and wanting to come back again! One thing I wish is that the music was played a tad lower because I sometimes can hear the music over the instructor (even with their microphone on). Otherwise, the instructors are easy to follow and I truly enjoy coming to YogaSix Chino Hills.“
“I'm so glad Kamala is my first experience with pilates!!! I've had her on my to do active list for a loooooong time but these types of workouts are an investment and now I have the opportunity to afford such things :) I can workout like a rich white woman now LOL As soon I was able to book , I reached out to her and she's quick with the communication. Came in a few days later :) She asks a few questions to guage your physical abilities . I love how pilates is a mix of strength training, cardio , stretch and physical therapy. You will definitely be challenged , it hurts so good LOL. She doesn't push you to the point you'll hurt yourself. Your posture and body movement will definitely improve. I'm able to lift a little heavier at the gym now and my core is getting stronger. I see her twice a week and after a session, I go to the gym right after and kill my workouts even more! Even my mom can tell the difference, she says my a** looks amazing LOL. I can definitely see a difference by my body composition. I can have a cheat week , gain weight but it's placed elsewhere plus when I get back into eating clean/keto, I lose the party weight LOL. That also amazes my mom :p I have enjoyable sessions with Kamala because we get along very well and have some similar interests outside of exercise. We shoot the s*** and laugh so much. Not many people can say that about their trainers. Not everything has to be uptight and business. I've already booked my next 20 sessions and will continue to do so. There's SO much you can do within the pilates realm and I've even bought a pilates ball and magic ring to do stuff at home. Instagram and YouTube have a plethora of videos, I need to do those more , it will help even more during my sessions. Can't wait to see what my body can do in the future! Thanks you Kamala“

“You’ll have an experience like no other! Trust me when I say I’ve seen people go in that can nearly walk and after consistent treatment are amazing results. I recommend for all ages my 5 year old also have been adjusted. Call me crazy but you would be surprised how much even a 5 year old can hold tension in their bodies. I tried physical therapy after my surgery and even after 2 months with physical therapy Dr. Mo was able to help me within 2 sessions. “I was going to physical therapy in Redlands, but decided to switch offices, because they were very unprofessional and time management was not expertise, so I decided to go to a place near my job in Orange County. I am so happy that I decided to make this switch everyone has been so helpful and understanding about my pain. The owner is also amazing person who did my treatment first and gave me the upmost respect we talked we laugh Aka therapist and he made me feel wonderful pain-free after my visit. Nice job no complaints here. ,I was taking an epidural for pain purposes, which I have now stopped, the physical therapist up here are fantastic. They know what they’re doing and if you’re looking for team support in a practice, this is where I would go have been going for about a month now and there’s no dull moment always feeling great when I leave this place.
