This is such a special space to me. The environment is kind and encouraging, and there is a variety of classes to choose from. The owners, Ernie and Stacie, are such a pleasure to speak with and just have such caring hearts. I feel so thankful to be apart of this community.

I hadn't been to a yoga class in over twenty years when I went to Heather's 8:30 AM class a couple of Thursdays ago at SunSpark Yoga. It was incredible! I felt right at home. I am so out of shape, but the poses were so good and healing. I was stretching muscles I'd have no idea how to stretch without Heather's guidance. And I knew that if I had been in great shape and had been practicing yoga for years, I'd still feel at home there. Heather explains how to deepen or modify every pose for those more advanced/flexible and those less so. I visited from MN while in the area to see my daughter @ Chapman. The class registration and payment process are super easy. I attended Saturday & Sunday morning classes. Both instructors, Stacy & Heather, are calm and welcoming. The owners Stacy & Ernie are beyond pleasant and cool. The studio is simple and grounding. I will be back!
