Elan at Moda was able to help me complete a 865sqft concrete slab rebar project during our ADU build. He was very professional and gave us a great value for the work that was completed. It was difficult because of rainy weather, time, and labor needed, but we were able to pull it off, pass our inspections, and complete the work within the promised amount of time. I would recommend Moda for any construction needs. They are definitely one of the better guys out there doing quality work as promised. Would definitely rehire again for more work or other projects. And for sure recommend to family and friends.

Moda was great! We moved into an old Spanish style house in Glendale with a concrete jungle of a backyard, Ilan and his team helped us re-imagine through beautiful (and realistic) 3D renderings what it could look like -- and then followed through clearly and consistently. Other contractors we worked with would spend days ignoring your texts, but any concerns we had were always addressed incredibly promptly. Could not recommend Moda more highly.
