Excellent service. Prices are very fair. James wanted to make sure I knew exactly what was wrong with my car. He went over my bill in detail and even showed me the old parts that were replaced and what was wrong with them. James was fantastic. This is a place I highly recommend to bring you car for repairs.

It's difficult to find great places. When it comes to auto repairs, routine maintenance and even some other issues, James Kim and My Car Auto Center staff are fairly priced, top quality parts and service, and saintly honest. They work as quickly as possible, and are accurate with their availability and ability to meet stated deadlines. And if there's ever an issue that the deadline can't be met or the cost differs from stated, they communicate well and you can know with certainty that there is nothing dishonest going on. We've been taking all of our cars here (Hondas and Toyotas) for 15-20 years and do not plan on stopping. In fact, I drive through LA traffic from 20+ miles away to make sure my car gets the best service and I get piece of mind.

Service was excellent. My catalytic converter was stolen and having a 2013 Prius, I was afraid of how long I'd be without a car. The had my car ready in 2 days. The repair was even lower than the insurance had appraised ahead of time by a few dollars. Proof the pricing is incredibly fair, and honest mechanic is hard to find, come to My Car Auto Center!
