I chose Arturo based on his Google reviews, and I am happy I did. Arturo is reliable and knowledgeable. Showed up as promised on time. He was thorough, went through each step in diagnosing my issue, and got my pool pump primed and running which I was unable to do after 3 days of tinkering with it. He actually told me that he would charge nothing if he couldn’t get it working, and a reasonable service visit charge if he got it working. He also took time to answer my questions on pool maintenance. I think I appreciated the most was his willingness to stop by on the same day. I know that is not always possible but he made it work!

This is probably the best experience I have had dealing with any service provider. I wanted to get a status check on my pool and also learn how to some things by myself without having to worry about spending money on the basics.Granted, some things take time or are out of my league but the little things I thought I could take care of myself.Arturo responded within 15 minutes of me sending a quote request and took time out of his Sunday to come by.He not only knew everything there is to know about the pool, the filter, the pump, and the heater, which by the way are all pretty old equipment, but he sent me a clear message afterwards of all of the instructions that he gave...read full review

I was in need to find a company to bi- yearly clean my Pentair pool filter. Arturo was very professional and timely in his responses.I appreciated him double checking my chemical levels as well. I will absolutely be scheduling an appointment in the fall for my next cleaning.
