Joe made our 11 year old carpets look brand new! I had a tenant move out and the carpets were so bad that I thought I was going to have to replace them. I called Joe and expressed my concerns about the carpet and how I needed them done as soon as possible so our property manager could take pictures etc. Joe literally came the next day, he did an 1800 square foot wall to wall carpets 2 flights of stairs and magically made them perfect!!! I was just so impressed! Even my property manager said,"WOW!, the carpets look great, I need to get his information!" Joe not only did an extraordinary job, he is such a nice man and extremely efficient... also, following all COVID protocols Thank you Joe!

Once again, Joe and All Star are incredible! Thanks again!! Best service in the area, hands down! Joe at All Star Carpet Care is awesome. He has worked at our homes several times now and the service is exceptional, with fair pricing. I would be hard pressed to ever use another carpet cleaning service. And, he cleaned our clothe chairs too, made them look new again. Thanks Joe

Talk about an accurately named company!!! Joe has come to two of my properties, and was recommended to me by my parents. They have used him for several years, and we have enjoyed amazing experiences every time! He is prompt, communicative, and extremely knowledgeable. I've tried cleaning my own carpets, and the results are not even comparable! I can't sing enough praises for Joe and his company. It's great to get such quality service AND be able to support a local business at the same time.
