Scotty did a great job on our carpets and he was extremely prompt.Estimated arrival time was 9-10am, he arrived right at 9am. He said he’d be done in an hour, I got a text at 10am saying he was finished.My carpets look great and they smell amazing. Thanks again!
I needed a carpet cleaning company that also could restretch certain areas of my carpeting. Scotty Steam Clean came through. Great company, very thorough and professional with great customer service. Professional, courteous, explained all the work done and how long it would take the carpet to dry. We also had one vertical drape dry cleaned on site, the smell is a little strong (he warned us of that) and offered to leave a fan, given it was a nice day we opted to just leave the doors open for a cross breeze.
