“We called Elite to come out and snake our main sewer lines since we have a reoccurring root infiltration issue.They were able to send out a plumber same day, unfortunately he was not the most experienced fellow and did not help our situation at all (I'll leave it at that).The same night we spoke to Elijah who scheduled a technician to come out the following day. Richard showed up on time and was able to quickly clean out our pipes and get things flowing again using his hydro jet system. “I had a leak from a toilet sewer line and thought it might be an under slab leak so called Draniacs Plumbing since they handle trenchless repair. They were able to quickly come out to evaluate and ran a camera probe through the cleanout and discovered problem was actually a split pipe on outside wall and not in or under slab. Scheduled the repair for the next day and the technician was very good at containing the mess caused by cutting out stucco and did a great job on the repair with minimal damage to walls, particularly the interior walls and cabinets. Next day the crew that I arranged through Drainiacs came out to repair the stucco wall and looks great. I was very pleased with Drainiacs' professionalism, their extra effort to minimize the damage and mess caused by repair, and the clean up afterwards, and their friendly workers.
