I had a good experience once here before for my prom nails. The only ladies I recommend for manicures are the ones that sit at the first two tables. Went in for a soak off on a Wednesday, it wasn't busy at all only one other person in there besides me. The lady who attended me wouldn't listen to what I was saying as I have delicate nails and wanted a soak off but I guess she was in a rush to sit there and do nothing. She drilled off the top and then let them soak for 2 minutes before switching between hands. Go somewhere else!!!!! There are other nail salons within the half mile. There is only one manicurists who knows what she’s doing. Got gel x nails, the lady put the wrong sizes on my nails so you can see my nails sticking out from the side. then she didn’t blend them good enough into my nail, so when she painted over them there’s a significant dip in my nail and the paint job is not even. I basically look like I need a fill already. Asked for French tip on almond shape and kept asking for her to fix the shape of the tip, nothing was fixed. My first and last time coming to this establishment. I was super excited to get my nails done here bc I saw a tik tok video and the girls nails were beautiful but boy was I disappointed! As soon as I walk in, the place looked dirty and not at all what I imagined. The lady was nice but ignored me for 10 minutes cuz she was on a call and it wasn't until I stared at her that she hung up and started working on me. I showed her what I wanted (short, squared acrylic with a milky white powder) super easy I thought.
