I had my hair done for the first time in many years. Found JC Penny hair salon while shopping in the store; I am glad I did. Best part is that it’s economical, I had color, high lights, cut and hair treatment done and was half of what I expected to pay.Maria did a fantastic job on my hair!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!

I could not be happier with my results. My nearest JC Penny hair salon is in Montebello, Ca, and the staff was not plesant at all. So i decided to try the JC Penny hair salon in Whitter, Ca, and i have been going there ever since. I’ve had such a great experience with Octavio, my hairstylist, and Liz who's good energy is unmatched, and the rest of the staff is so welcoming too.I wouldn't change my hairstylist Octavio. He is very knowledgeable and kind, and leaves my balayage and hair cut just how I like it all the time. I highly recommend this location ?.

This was my first visit to the salon. My stylist cancelled arriving and the Manager, Liseth, attended to me. She explained products that would improve my hair and scalp care. She was very kind and respectful. She would check if I still had the time to wait for her to start my appointment because she was covering the front desk. I knew that a first visit usually goes over because the possibility of additional services. So adding a treatment was perfect.
