Not only did they respond quickly to the original call but also found the root cause of my issue rather than just fixing the symptom I originally called about. It was a large job but they got the right people out and on it the very next day. He brought over a leak detection company Monday morning to troubleshoot and find the leak coming from the pipe under my slab. “We wanted to share with everyone what a wonderful job Charles from CRC plumbing did for our family.
We had a slab leak so we called, what we thought was a family-owned Leak Detention Company (not CRC), and they came out and told us they needed to cut a 3 ft X 2 ft hole in our tiled shower and there might be more cutting once they start the job. They gave us a bid of $6,100 and said this was for the minimal amount of rerouting and then the salesman went on to mention how outdated our bathroom was and for $18,000+ they would replace the shower, fix the leak and offered to put in a new vanity, that *we* would supply.
Now, here is a good part. We then called a real “family owned” business, CRC Plumbing, and Charles fix our slab leak, without cutting into our tiled shower and without trying to up-sale us anything and he never even mentioned our outdated bathroom ?. Charles completed the whole job in one day and charged us around one quarter of what the unreasonable $6,100 bid from the other company. He didn’t even need to reroute our pipes and he completed the whole job outside, not needing to go into and tear up the bathroom. Charles even worked us into his busy schedule because he knew we needed this done right away.
So, if you are looking for an honest, friendly, reasonable, hard working, family owned business Charles, is your man (or soon to be your plumber).
