These guys were easy to communicate with, schedule and were more than clear of any estimates and work that 'may' have to occur.I had a kitchen sink that was clogged with grease (appeared the previous owners threw everything down there) and called a few places and got the run around and were looking to charge me for jetting the pipes which for those of you who are aware could cost upwards of $12-1600. Jared showed up on time, was able to clear the pipes and even replaced some of my kitchen pipes & outside drain access at no additional charge.Great team and will be in contact with American Plumb Method for any/all future plumbing jobs!“

“I am usually quite skeptical when I see only 5 star reviews on a business but I'll be damned if they didn't prove why. Not only did they respond quickly to the original call but also found the root cause of my issue rather than just fixing the symptom I originally called about. It was a large job but they got the right people out and on it the very next day. It was a multi-day job but they made sure that I would still be able to use water after they were gone for the day by setting up some temporary piping. The job also required them to go through a brick walkway which they also repaired afterward to look just like it did before. These are definitely going to be my go-to guys for any plumbing needs.“

Shower valve kit had the wrong screws so at 4:30 pm the crew had to drive all the way to Thousand Oaks to find replacements, a drive of one hour there and back. We were referred to Lynch Plumbing by a friend, and they came right out that day to help us out. Mike and Byron were there in under an hour to try to help us get our water back on. They knew how difficult it was not to have running water in our home. Mike diagnosed the situation and it was decided to replace the main line. They spent an entire day working hard to get our water on. “I called Chris on the Saturday and he answered. He told me how to stop the leak until he could get there on Monday. He brought over a leak detection company Monday morning to troubleshoot and find the leak coming from the pipe under my slab. It took them a few hours as they looked at every possible leak in the house; not just the slab. He strategized his next move and showed up with two other very professional plumbers and repiped my whole house in less than 8 hours. He is very articulate in his plans and precise and efficient in his work. Chris is so effortless to have around. When my neighbor saw who I was using, he said if you were to have asked me for a referral for a plumber, I would have said use Chris Villa Lovos. “I had an underground gas leak that no one could pinpoint the location of, including my regular plumber and the gas company. Tip Top brought out their gas detection expert (third-party) who found the leak within 15 minutes. I was worried it would be super expensive, but Tip Top gave me a very fair price for repairing the line (under concrete), installing an isolation valve, and doing a concrete patch. The team showed up on time the next morning, fixed the problem, and left everything clean and looking great, including the patched concrete. Everyone who came out - Mike, Izaiah, and team - was very thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use Tip Top again and to recommend their work to others.“

“Six months ago I had a leak somewhere in the house. So I have found the Leak Detection online and tried my luck. They came, they found a leak under the water heater and they suggested me to replace thge tank since it reached its point of efficiency. So they offered me to replace it with tankless water heater and they informed me that it comes with rebate provided by the department of water and power. To be short they replaced it with tankless water heater next morning in few hours. The job they did was incredibly clean, and no leaks after 6 months passed, in addition my rebate came in few months which offset the total price as if I would replace it with regular water heater tank.
