“I purchased all new windows for my home in Oakland. SES was great. They gave me a reasonable price and installed very quickly. The windows look great and the sales person and the team that came to install were all very friendly. I thought something had been damaged during install and they were very responsive and had the owner come out the next day. It turned out everything was fine, but they were ready to take care of it. I would definitely use them again.“

“Edit: bottom pushed away from the frame, I contacted the buisness, they sent someone out same day to assess and fix the problem. No hassling, no fingerpointing, just sent pictures, and had someone come straight out. Original: Contacted Monday 6/17 for a broken single pane window. They were the company able to book me the soonest, and offered the best price as well, They came out, today, 6/19 and replaced the window. However after they left and I was able to check the window replaced, there is a finger sized gap between the frame and the window. No caulk, nothing, just air, glass and frame. Caulk is on the outside of the house. But the pane sure wasn't pushed all the way into the frame.“
