“I can not recommend this company enough. I had a 2 sliders that needed fixes and one needed an exterior lock added. For 11 years they have notoriously been a problem, and no one was able to fix them, except for Jeremy! Now, both sliders have never worked better, so easy to open and close. My tenants front door is one of the sliders, and the lock was perfect for their added security. Have a slider door fix needed, call Jeremy, you.wont regret it!!“
“We selected GVD Renovations after evaluating five other proposals. Their reputation, reviews, and James Hardie siding expertise along with competitive pricing were the deciding factors. Our project included removal of the old siding and demo of an old rotted deck. The installation of James Hardie Artisan V groove siding, El Dorado stacked stone veneer, and painting the siding, gutters, and downspouts. The siding and painting teams worked hard every day with attention to detail. They communicated any questions or concerns as needed. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the end result. Our house was transformed from an outdated cottage to an updated modern farmhouse.“

“The outside north wall of our house was showing its age and lines of previous remodels, new window installation and window removal on top of flaking stucco. Of course most of this work was done over 40 years ago and was " good enough". But we decided this wall needed to improve its appearance. So Ca State Plastering came out and added a base layer of stucco and then the next noon, they came out and added a color layer! Boy does it look good! We thought price was quite reasonable and they were experienced pros! They kept in contact with us as to schedule and my husband was pleased with their clean up. Absolutely NO complaints and can't say enough good things!“

“The first time they came, they measured the window and came out to fix it but we had an issue with receiving the payment from the tenant that broke the window so we had to reschedule,The next time they came out, they didn't bring a piece of glass big enough to fix the window so we had to reschedule again but had to wait for the new piece of glass because it had to be special ordered.As soon as they received the glass, they sent out two very polite and knowledgeable technicians that fixed the window very quickly and made sure that it looked absolutely perfect before they left.I would highly recommend using these guys. They were all extremely knowledgeable, friendly and they were all 100% willing to accommodate our fairly minimal scheduling availability.“

They did an excellent job and they cleaned at the end of the day. I did not get another quote because we split the cost with the owner of the other property but the price was fair.“
