“Facial bliss unlocked at Dermalogica's flagship store! I went for the ProSkin60 facial, and it was everything I didn't know I needed. From the moment I settled in, I knew I was in for some serious pampering. There were scrubs, masks, moisturizers--honestly, I lost track of the number of lotions and potions they applied. I may or may not have dozed off at one point, which should tell you just how relaxing it was. The best part? No nonsense and all about the skincare. I even braved the extractions and came out on the other side glowing like a lightbulb. They topped it all off with sunscreen, which I appreciate because I don't need any more "character lines," thank you very much. The staff was super professional, and they didn't try to push a dozen products on me either (a true rarity!). Will definitely be back to keep this glow going!“

She wanted me to fully understand the multiple factors which contribute to acne and how to improve the issue from the root. The way she approaches the appointment is unique and calming. Her room is full of crystals and aromas and she begins the treatment with a lavender oil rub. I have been searching for an esthetician like for ages! I cannot recommend her enough!“

I love doing reviews and getting new experiences with different beauty services, and I came here to try out the PDO Smooth Thread (Collagen Boost).
The location is across the street from Urth Coffee and in a busy area. Still, it won't be a hassle for the parking since they have complimentary parking for their clients, which is rare to see in this area and give you peace of mind not to run around to find parking/run out of meter.
The first impression of the location is the lovely decorations in the front store with white concepts, and next door is another business associated with them called Haus.
I like how friendly they're at the first approach at the parking since it's vital for most clients and specific individuals like me. The rest of my visit was also a pleasant experience with the nurse/technician/the doctor who assisted me in going through my nervousness about the treatment. They were informative when I had questions or concerns. The waiting time is minimal and around 45 mins - 1 hour, depending on the services you have.
Plus, complimentary bottled water/coffee gave their hospitality even better.
