“I would give this place 20 stars if i could. I was looking for a new med spa & saw they had great reviews so i booked my appointment to dissolve my filler. My first appointment was canceled the day of because my injector had an emergency. I rebooked the next day after i moved my schedule around. The next morning the injector calls me personally to cancel because she’s really sick still so there was a bit of miscommunication the day before. The front desk hadn’t mentioned she was sick initially so i was very disappointed after a second cancelation when i had moved my clients around to come in. Nisa was SOO apologetic and understanding of my frustration though. I go to rebook my appointment and they’re fully booked so that only added to my frustration. However, Nisa came in on her off day just to treat me so she could make things right. And it doesn’t stop there. She even discounted my treatment to make things right. Now that is some top tier customer service. She was so warm & welcoming from the start but in person she is just so lovely and knowledgable, i truly felt like i was in such good hands with my injector. Also, the place itself is so damn cute!! Everything is pink, girly, floral, the aesthetic is just so on point. I’ll definitely be back because of Nisa!“

“The Brazilian wax I experienced with Cindy was a 20/10! It was quick and probably the least painful wax I ever experienced. After every strip I kept thinking, "OMG that wasn't bad!" Cindy was so friendly and immediately made me feel comfortable. We were talking and laughing the entire time. She was very thorough and I am still amazed with the results even after 2 weeks. The price is amazing especially since it includes the stomach strip. I will definitely being going back. She is truly a gem and will take such good care of you!“

My mom came for the first time today and when I asked her how it was, she started to comment about how the face was a bit rough. Then she proceeded to look in the mirror and had a look of shock. "Oh my god!" She said. "I look like I got Botox!!! I had a lot of lines on my face. They're all gone! I used to have like... three cheeks on my face! Now I just have one!" Needless to say, my mom loved it. The face massage she received really smoothed out her face and she is so happy with the outcome. And it was just one session, too!“
