“These guys came out and saved my life when quite a few other businesses would not for oddly very different reasons. I got a great deal on a secondhand Samsung French door fridge which incidentally is the best refrigerator/freezer I've ever had handsdown, but then it seemed the icemaker was only producing 6-8 icecubes per day at the height of summer! So they sent their guy out in a timely manner, he evaluated everything and told me there was a good chance a replacement icemaker might work so I agreed, it was ordered and he installed it 3-4 days later and VOILA! By the end of 6 hours it was already chockfull of ice! I'm so happy as their price was reasonable & even with this one repair cost, my fridge is still a complete score!! Thanks so much you guys!!“

“I have had Sean and Fusion Star replace four old, large AC units in two properties in the last 8 years or so. He is a stickler for doing the job right. He finds things as he does the work that other contractors have messed up, so they can be addressed. His crew is efficient, polite, and bend over backwards to work cleanly and to clean up afterwards. Any construction is inherently disruptive -- there are guys carrying things into and out of your house, climbing into the attic, cutting holes for vents, etc. That can't be helped. But I find that Sean's crews really try to minimize the disruption. And the systems work great once they are installed. I can't speak to how his prices compare to competitors, because it's always possible to get someone to give you a cheaper estimate. I can say that I am always very happy with the outcome of the work, and that if any issues arise, he is responsive. I recommend highly.“

After making several calls without finding a technician available for same-day service, I was about to head to a hotel out of desperation. As a last attempt, I called Unity Construction, and thank goodness I did! Shay answered the phone, asked a few questions to better understand the issue, and I explained the urgency of the situation. He told me he would try to rearrange his schedule to accommodate me as soon as possible. Just 10 minutes later, he called back and confirmed he could be there within 40 minutes—and sure enough, he arrived promptly within that timeframe.

After finding them on Yelp, I had a promising conversation with Leo, and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. True to their word, the technician arrived promptly at 9 a.m., and we began to address the issue with my air conditioner. The technician accidentally miscommunicated the price of the procedure with me, although at the time, I did not know he had miscommunicated. I agreed to the fee. “Casino heating and air-conditioning is absolutely the best! After our AC broke down during a massive heat spell, I got the runaround from a whole list of manufacturer-authorized repair people. None of them would honor the warranty that was in place. So I called Casino. Even though they couldn't cover the warranty because they don't handle that specific manufacturer, the price was unbelievably fair and he was able to come out the same day! Dan, the owner, was honest, professional, and had our AC working within 10 minutes! They don't get any better than Casino!“
