“These guys came out and saved my life when quite a few other businesses would not for oddly very different reasons. I got a great deal on a secondhand Samsung French door fridge which incidentally is the best refrigerator/freezer I've ever had handsdown, but then it seemed the icemaker was only producing 6-8 icecubes per day at the height of summer! So they sent their guy out in a timely manner, he evaluated everything and told me there was a good chance a replacement icemaker might work so I agreed, it was ordered and he installed it 3-4 days later and VOILA! By the end of 6 hours it was already chockfull of ice! I'm so happy as their price was reasonable & even with this one repair cost, my fridge is still a complete score!! Thanks so much you guys!!“

“Leaving a review rarely crosses my mind, but today, something happened in the business world that enjoyably stunned me! My journey with ATA began on a positive note. After finding them on Yelp, I had a promising conversation with Leo, and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. True to their word, the technician arrived promptly at 9 a.m., and we began to address the issue with my air conditioner. The technician accidentally miscommunicated the price of the procedure with me, although at the time, I did not know he had miscommunicated. I agreed to the fee. After the procedure was completed, he told me I owed him $125.00 more than what we agreed upon. To make a long story short, he told me sorry, but that is the charge. “Dave saved me from the HEAT WAVE! How many of you put up with 'just making due with what you've got'? I was having some icing problems with my AC. I let it go for 6 weeks of this very hot summer, using ceiling fans and some small portable ones to try and keep from melting, before I finally saw sense and gave Dave a call. He was prompt, kind, and effective. Turns out, he'd never seen a coil so badly clogged with mostly pet hair. You see, although I intended to change my filters every two months, and had a case of filters in the garage, I never scheduled it, consequently it was a year that had gone by without a single filter change. I learned a lesson about worthiness that day, realizing that I was putting up with a broken down AC and feeling like it was okay, I could get by. Dave helped me not only by restoring my AC to perfect condition, but he also uncovered a self-sabotaging behavior that by raising my awareness, allowed me to let some of that crap go.
