He tried the lower cost fix first, and when that didn't work he diagnosed the problem quickly, and discounted the final fix by giving half credit for the cheaper initial fix attempt (which was nice and fair). My HVAC system ended up needing a new compressor, and he was able to help me get a warranty replacement since my unit was still within the warranty period. Ended up saving me $1300, which again was nice! Getting the refund from Ferguson (local supplier for Trane products) was a pain and took forever, but that's not on Air Now. Highly recommend.“

“So, again it was Jeremy to the rescue with my water heater! Thought it was dead and he was out within the hour to figure out that the pilot had been blown out most likely due to a bubble in the gas line. However, the tank hadn't be serviced since it was installed 5 years earlier by him and needed maintenance badly. So, he leaves without any charge to return two days later to flush and clean up the two tanks! I am now back on track, learning my lesson about annual maintenance, which I will then be calling Jeremy back to keep these tanks operating smoothly! Just so nice to know he's there when I need rescuing again!!“

“I had a leak from a toilet sewer line and thought it might be an under slab leak so called Draniacs Plumbing since they handle trenchless repair. They were able to quickly come out to evaluate and ran a camera probe through the cleanout and discovered problem was actually a split pipe on outside wall and not in or under slab. Scheduled the repair for the next day and the technician was very good at containing the mess caused by cutting out stucco and did a great job on the repair with minimal damage to walls, particularly the interior walls and cabinets. Next day the crew that I arranged through Drainiacs came out to repair the stucco wall and looks great. I was very pleased with Drainiacs' professionalism, their extra effort to minimize the damage and mess caused by repair, and the clean up afterwards, and their friendly workers.
