“A few months ago we experienced a major water leak in our home, causing damage to the flooring in the whole house in addition to kitchen cabinets. After many quotes from different contractors in our area, we came across SPFX Kitchen Cabinets & Bath. Jessica and Ramon were available to meet with us the same day I made the call. Jessica took the time to understand our needs and preferences.The very next day Jessica sent us a 3D design. We loved it and saw the potential. My husband and I decided to work with SPFX. Through out the five week project, Ramon and Jessica gave us great recommendations on product as well as options on the layout. Their knowledge and experience is evident. For example, I wanted to get baked on paint cabinets and eventually settled on Columbia which is a Canadian manufacturer with a semi-custom approach. This worked for me, but my husband really wanted a paper towel dispenser built into the cabinetry which was not a part of Columbia's normal inventory of choices. Lisa helped us order a solution with piecemeal parts from Columbia that were assembled by our cabinet installer. It looks so good and fits seamlessly into our island. All I can say is she gives great service, great prices, and if something is wrong, she will fix it, Ive read some of the complaints and I do t think they are being fair, this company sells alot. “John De La Rocha is amazing! We met John through a contractor interview and went to visit his cabinetry shop in La Habra. We knew after that visit that we wanted to work with John! Through a course of events to long to discuss here, we ended up going with a different general contractor for our remodel that wanted to use a different group to do the cabinets. We were disappointed by this, because this group would build cabinets to our specifications, but was not truly a custom cabinetry shop, but wanted to respect our contractor process. However, we were later informed by our contractor that this cabinet company had an 11 week delay in our schedule. We called John and explained the situation and he kindly worked us into his schedule with only a minor delay to our project. John was super easy to work with, incredibly personable, and was able to catch our vison right away. He is one of the few craftsmen that I have worked with that took the project so seriously, that I felt as if he was doing this for his own home or for a family member.
