Robert C. and Jordan were very polite, professional and did not pressure us into making a decision or try to upsell. “Matt came to camera my sewer line, and we found roots and a small bellied section. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient explaining my options and I chose to do a pipe burst and new liner for my entire sewer line from the outside to the middle of the street. Matt was always available and texted or called me back promptly when I had extra questions. I called them on a Saturday even though Yelp said they were closed and someone answered. Joey came out within an hour to diagnose our issue, made recommendations and gave us a quote. “So, again it was Jeremy to the rescue with my water heater! Thought it was dead and he was out within the hour to figure out that the pilot had been blown out most likely due to a bubble in the gas line. However, the tank hadn't be serviced since it was installed 5 years earlier by him and needed maintenance badly. So, he leaves without any charge to return two days later to flush and clean up the two tanks! I am now back on track, learning my lesson about annual maintenance, which I will then be calling Jeremy back to keep these tanks operating smoothly!
