Robert C. and Jordan were very polite, professional and did not pressure us into making a decision or try to upsell. Joey and his helper Angelo were out on the most recent call to take care of a bad sewer smell coming from the area behind our washing machine whenever our a/c was turned on. They installed a new P Trap, hydro flushed the pipes and scoped the lines for obstructions. Joey also noticed our tankless water heater and made recommendations for service. I called them on a Saturday even though Yelp said they were closed and someone answered. Joey came out within an hour to diagnose our issue, made recommendations and gave us a quote. Their pricing is not cheap but fair. You'll be happy you called Plumber XP.“

This had happened to us once before, and we ended up paying a lot of money to a big-name (national) plumbing outfit for two separate procedures (1) unclogging the sewer line using a motorized mechanical auger (rooter) accessed through a cleanout and (2) video camera inspection of the sewer line to determine the location of the obstruction. This time, we were a little wiser and called on High-Speed Plumbing, which we discovered through Yelp. We knew we were in good hands when we spoke to them over the phone. We were quoted a much lower price for the work, which included both procedures (video camera and rooting). The technician (Chris) who came to our home was professional and courteous. He expertly diagnosed the problem and showed us images of the tree roots that had invaded and clogged the pipe. After cleaning the line, he clearly explained our options. We decided to repair the pipe and have had no issues with our sewer line since then. You should not hesitate to call High-Speed Plumbing.“

“So, again it was Jeremy to the rescue with my water heater! Thought it was dead and he was out within the hour to figure out that the pilot had been blown out most likely due to a bubble in the gas line. However, the tank hadn't be serviced since it was installed 5 years earlier by him and needed maintenance badly. So, he leaves without any charge to return two days later to flush and clean up the two tanks! I am now back on track, learning my lesson about annual maintenance, which I will then be calling Jeremy back to keep these tanks operating smoothly!
