I was fully expecting the higher amount which typically happens on a project. When a couple little glitches came up we were told no worries the price won't change. “Anderson Reconstruction remodeled two bathrooms, the master and a hallway bath. Both were the originals from 1980. We met with Shannon who reviewed with us what we envisioned for our baths and the costs involved which included converting both tubs to showers. Shannon and Greg Anderson, the owner, guided us through the remodel process giving us some great ideas and suggestions. We now have two beautiful bathrooms and new linen closets. We are ready to have our downstairs bathroom remodeled.
From the beginning, Greg, Shannon and Laura and their team (Justin, Albert, Fino, Jose and Gustavo) were great. They arrived as scheduled, worked diligently and left the construction areas in order every day. They were very respectful of our home. Greg, as the contractor came by routinely to oversee the project and Shannon, as the Sr. Project Manager, came daily to oversee the crew and kept us informed of plans, changes, etc. Shannon was very good at helping with design plans and ideas. I was so glad to be able to tap into her expertise.

“If you’re building an ADU, call Ralph! With his help, we converted our garage into a one-bedroom/one-bathroom apartment-we love how it turned out. From the get-go, I appreciated the professionalism of his detailed list of everything included. He offered a fair price-in fact it was less than some other companies claiming to specialize in ADU's. He worked with our budget and architect’s plans (which were a little off but he thankfully corrected them), and we passed all the city inspections. The kitchen in the unit exceeded our expectations and the bathroom shower tile work is lovely. Our tenants commented on what a high-quality build it was compared to other places they have lived. He did double insulation on the shared wall with the house and there is virtually no noise between the two units which we are so happy about. I'd like to start with this... put prolong in a 1974 Chevy vega station wagon, we used it for miscellaneous "go for stuff" and for parts pickup at my family's Auto repair business in the mid 1980's... car had around 40,000mi at the time added prolong engine treatment at every oil change, I sold that car at 150,000 mi in 1993 for $300, interior in the car was rotted out radiator was replaced twice.... Also, transmission replacement and the rear end was making crazy noise.
Guess what?? that motor was still running strong not smoking and making very little noise.
I don't care what anybody says this stuff works.... and I run it in all my cars and motorcycles since the mid 1990's, My family's business is still open and operating in the same location since 1978.. myself and my mechanic family members are not flash in the pans when it comes to automotive repair,
