“If you’re building an ADU, call Ralph! With his help, we converted our garage into a one-bedroom/one-bathroom apartment-we love how it turned out. From the get-go, I appreciated the professionalism of his detailed list of everything included. He offered a fair price-in fact it was less than some other companies claiming to specialize in ADU's. He worked with our budget and architect’s plans (which were a little off but he thankfully corrected them), and we passed all the city inspections. The kitchen in the unit exceeded our expectations and the bathroom shower tile work is lovely. Our tenants commented on what a high-quality build it was compared to other places they have lived. He did double insulation on the shared wall with the house and there is virtually no noise between the two units which we are so happy about. “We were referred to this company by our architect and selected them to build our ADU based on their experience, openness to our ideas, and referrals from prior clients. We were extremely pleased with the final result which came in under budget (and less than half the bid of a "prestigious" design/build firm we also spoke to). Foothill has excellent relationship with subcontractors and remained on top of the process at every turn. They worked hard to control costs and kept us informed on that front as well. “Great products, especially his engine treatment. I live in PR were we have high temperatures and stip mountain roads. I have use it on several of my cars. Since 1998 on my honda civic that still running and no parts on the motor have been replaced. On a Mitsubishi Outlander 2005 the oil pump quit on a long travel and no probles occurred on the motor, the pump was replaced and the car still running.“

“We used Navajo to install flooring and paint a bedroom. They're affiliated with Kindred Flooring in San Dimas. Workers were very prompt and arrived at 8am on the Monday of our scheduled flooring installation as previously specified. They were efficient and professional in their work and had the carpet removed and flooring installed by 12:30p the same day. The 2 man paint crew that came the following day were just as professional and efficient. Again, they arrived at 8am and were finished painting the bedroom at about 1:30p. The paint job was beautiful and even. Edges and corners were sharp, not runny, reflective of painters who really know what they're doing. We were very satisfied with the quality of service Navajo offered. Would definitely recommend to anybody in need of a general contractor.“
