Upon arrival, everyone was very welcoming, and what I loved the most was how they treated my baby who is a pittie with so much love. I also voiced my concerns about my dog not getting along with other dogs and they made sure that there were no issues and accidents. I also want to shout out Andrew for answering all my questions and he made me feel more at ease about what to expect since my dog needed to get sedated. “Dr. Z, Donna B. the vet tech and staff are the best. The first time I came to this office was in 2023, lucy my cat was terminally ill with kidney disease. Dr. Z and staff helped me and lucy through her transition. Jack is my baby boy. He has been seen several times at this office for check ups. Dr. Z and Donna B were especially patient and attentive with Jack and myself. I highly recommend this place thank you Dr. Z and staff.“

We’ve been coming here with our 16-year-old senior dog who had multiple medical conditions, and the care we’ve received has been exceptional. The staff is consistently friendly and supportive, and the vet is incredibly knowledgeable without ever pushing unnecessary services. They truly helped us provide the best care for our senior pup during her last years.

“If I could give more stars I would! I called many other vets trying to get my dog seen who I believe was having a seizure at the time. My primary vet wouldn't see her until 2 days later, another one wanted $1000 or I can drop her off and they will get to her when they could (disgusting by the way!). I called This vet and explained what was happening, they didn't hesitate and told me to bring her in. within 5mins of getting their the staff took her back. Another 5 mins later I was in a room with the doctor checking my dog. The main doctor was super friendly and caring, she took her time to explain everything that was happening and reassured me that my pet was going to be ok. I am so thankful I found this place and I have already decided I am making this hospital my new primary vet! I cannot recommend this office enough! Wonderful staff! “We love this place! My dog suffers from lots of anxiety from having gotten hit by a car many years ago. He ended up needing emergency surgery at another vet. He developed ptsd and learned/ memorized the road that leads to that vets office, so whenever we'd take him for vaccines or anything he needed he'd be so scared that his acepromazine sedation wouldn't work. Every single time we'd end up having to pay for a shot of extra sedation! My husband and I decided that we had to switch vets just to see if that would help him & so we ended up at Via Verde Animal Hospital. The staff and doctors are amazing! Somehow Osito is much more calm than at his other vets office. He's still snappy but he's much more manageable and allows them to take care of him with just his regular prescription sedative. I'm absolutely shocked! I too also had developed anxiety when we'd go to the vet bc of how anxious and scared he would get.. but not anymore! He wags his tail for the staff and doctors and is slowly learning they're friends. Recently my pup had bladder stone surgery and a teeth cleaning all under anesthesia and at the same time at Via Verde Animal Hospital. They did such a good job! During our 2 week follow up to remove staples and sutures I had some concerns bc his stomach was upset and he would vomit. They took a free of charge xray and examined him just to make sure he was fine. (They truly care) They reassured me after his xray that everything looked good and showed me the xray results as well. They felt confidant that the antibiotics most likely irritated his stomach and gave me medicine for him. A week later Osito is all better! Thank you guys for taking such good care of my little guy. Dr. Kumar is the best Vet I've ever met. He's very knowledgeable and doesn't try to suggest unnecessary exams. We will not go anywhere else! I 1,000% recommend Via Verde Animal hospital for all your pets needs from vaccines, surgery and teeth cleaning. Not to mention they use a special laser that promotes faster healing with all their surgery's and even with the teeth cleanings. My little guy gradually was back in action from his big surgery within a few days. Thank you guys! Also special shout out to Myra she gets stuck holding Osito a lot of the times bc he's so anxious. The care is genuine here. You guys have a heart of Gold and it shows From the receptionist, techs and Doctors.“

“Such great care from all staff that helped us, from the front desk lady, the vet, and staff helping us in side the room. My dog had an ear infection, and Claudia helped so much. The reason we came here was because in our previous vet, they didn't allow us to go inside with them and I could tell my dog was anguished going in alone (she'd cry and bark so much). We came into Adams for her vaccine renewal (x3 vaccines) and an ear cleaning and Claudia handled all that very professionally and with a caring attitude. She'd explain everything to me as she was doing it and what I could do at home for her ears. I will definitely be coming back here :)“

“I wish I could give more stars. I have been a client of Paws 'n' Claws Veterinary Hospital for 15+ years and I have always adored Drs. Glen and Caroline, but their care of two new additions exceeded even my already sky high expectations. Recently my family adopted two senior dogs. The 13+ year old dogs were relinquished to the shelter by their owner for whatever reason. We adopted them to give them a soft landing for their remaining years. Without knowing what kind of vet care these two have had over the course of their lives, I figured they would need all kinds of tests to give us a baseline. However, Dr. Caroline focused on only their most pressing issues. For Carl, the boxer, it was his sore back end (hips and back). She started him on an injection that has already greatly improved his mobility. For Barbara, it was a teeth cleaning to address some horrible, rotten, sore teeth. After 14 teeth removed, we have seen a vast improvement in her attitude (and breath!) We will follow Dr. Caroline's lead and continue to take one step at a time to make sure they have the best quality of life, without putting them through excessive and/or unnecessary tests or procedures. I am so grateful for Drs. Glen and Caroline, without them we certainly wouldn't have had the confidence to adopt our sweet Carl and Barbara.“

“Such a small but comforting place. Had to visit because my puppy ate a grape. They are appointment only and helped us out. I was concerned as how my puppy would act but he loved the vet and got comfortable quickly. We got blood tests, medication, even special food all at the location. Definitely making this our puppy's Vet.“

“Recently went in about getting anxiety medicine for my dog. Instead, the staff and doctor spent an hour with us going over all other options. They were really thoughtful and took great care of us and our dog.“

They where so understanding about my dogs anxiety and made us feel welcome, we have taking our dog to other vets in the past that have not believed us or made us feel guilty about our dogs uneasiness and crying in the vets. Can be very embarrassing for us. But this clinic was very understanding and respectful of our concerns. Happy to have finally found a vets office for my dog. They were also respectful of our time. “I have used this business a couple of times and I wish I didn't have to but glad they are open 24 hours bc when it's after 4/5pm and you can't find any vet clinic open let me tell you they come in handy. We've have dog emergencies here and 1 was fatal but unfortunately that was the best and most difficult decision we had to make. They are thorough, a bit pricey but what After hours clinic isn't now-a-days. The staff is ok some comments made during some customers arrival were somewhat negative and unwelcoming and unnecessary (I felt) because you are there obviously due to a situation going on with your pet. I continue and will continue to come here bc of their hours. I had my 2 year old toddler with me and am appreciative they do have a small play area for kids with some toys, and the reception gave her some crayons and book and that really helped bc we were there 4 hours. Over all I give them a 4 star.“
