My pet was not feeling well she was very lethargic, called her regular vet (leave no paws behind in West Covina)explained we had an emergency and needed to be seen ASAP .Staff said we had to wait four days for an appointment even after explaining the current health condition, they showed no compassion or concern. I couldn't wait to have her seen, I looked around and I am so glad we came to Via Verde Animal hospital . They were able to see her in less than an hour after I called. The staff and vet are great and showed us great compassion and kindness. Our girl needed an emergency surgery to stop the infection. Doctor cuma and the stuff it's just perfect. My dog Mariposa. And they really care about your animal. I give them a 5 star rating. Because it should be twenty, they are perfect. They work with you when you have a hard time. Paying for services services. And they really care about your pet

I took my cat here with no appointment after leaving an office that wanted me to stay in the parking lot while my cat got checked out, she had never been to the vet sick before so i didn’t feel comfortable not being with her… i called Via Verde Animal Hospital and they were able to reassure me i’d be in the office with my cat talking with the Dr, when i got there, even as a walk in, i was helped right away! everyone was super friendly and communicative, they gave me a few options for complete care with different price ranges so i could make the choice to do at home medication or keep my cat there for inpatient treatments, i felt they were understanding of my budget...read full review
