The install was not easy due to a variety of reasons, but the tech persevered and saved the day for me. I was quoted a price for the faucet install which was accurate and told there might be additional fees depending on what else needs to be done which I'm fine with, but the markup on an angle stop valves is egregious. I wish I would have had some indication I'd be charged nearly $200 for an angle stop, especially when Ace Hardware is right down the block and I could have grabbed the part quickly myself.
