This was my first time going to Sev (Walnut Creek). It was a really great experience. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. My session was with Lauren. She explained everything and made sure I was comfortable. I will be back! ☺️

I will definitely recommend SEV to my friends and all of you, they are very kind. The nurses and the girls at the reception are doing an incredible job. If you are reserved, afraid and ashamed to get the Brazilian like I was, don't think about it so much, I was very nervous my first day but they make me feel in a comfortable place, they make sure you feel secure and confidence.

It was my third session for laser hair removal and all practitioners are nice and professional. Especially today, Sophia went above and beyond to make sure my skin is ok before I leave. I have super sensitive skin.
