I started with the senior Dr. Weiland and now see his son and both men are very, very helpful. I have been able to maintain a healthy weight for quite a while now and I thank them both profusely. The approach at Ameri-Cal Weight Clinic is one of common sense. Whether you prefer the medication or not the approach is still one of moderation in eating combined with exercise and lower calorie intake. No miracles, just good common sense!
