Scam scam scam these people are scammers! I gave them five stars actually so I could get a discount, but the service was never that. The best person they had there was Joanna And she was gone so quick! I read somebody else's review mentioning Daryl's scolding tone and I agree with her because I had an instance where she called herself trying to check me for checking another rude employee. Anyway I had laser hair removal, about 10 sessions and after the sessions were over the hair grew back and I couldn't afford to pay their new outrageous prices after they change their name to some other name... I don't recall the name but they increased their prices like 3 to 5 times the initial amount, so I dipped.

The shadiness of this place continues. I recently received this email from Dr. Kim (ironically right after I posted my updated review - please see below) stating that an email was sent out letting us know they would be closed for 6 weeks. (I checked my email - nothing was sent) and that they would be reopening April 18 with a "new and experienced staff". My botched appointment with them was March 19. If they were ""closed"" during that time frame, then who was I seen by?!!! Just avoid this place and save yourself the misery that I experienced.

Zero rating! This place is joke. I went to 3 times, 2nd & 3rd visited adjustment. Lip flip right & left side was totally different. After trying to reach out RN or receptionist never respond, & end up they had changed name of the business Whatever previous procedure was not their response, trying to charge extra to fix lips. Receptionist is so rude. The new business call You Wellness Med Spa. Never go back & not suggest this worst place ever.
