“What a great company. I had to have a waterway and culvert repaired. Sam and Jeremy were a pleasure to work with. The job was completed ahead of schedule and looks great. Priced very fairly. I will not hesitate to use them or recommend them to others.“

“I had a small mold remediation done and needed someone to do to the repairs. I had called for an estimate on the 10th, he was able to come out the same day to go over what was needed to be done. By the 12th I had already received the invoice for the estimate. I sent it to the company that was going to be paying for it, which takes a couple of days to approve. So by Friday the 14th it was approved, called Sanco and told them it was approved. They started the repairs the following Monday (the 17th) and was finished with everything within a week! I had previously called a few other places before Sanco, and I either didn’t get an estimate back or the amount was ridiculously high and ultimately wasted my time. I’ve been sleeping in the living room with my special needs son for 3 months, because the damage was in my bedroom. I wish I would have called Sanco from the start, they took into consideration my living situation, and knowing that the project was small they were able to started immediately, when other places were telling they couldn’t start until July. I am beyond grateful for this company, the process from beginning to end was exceptional. I would definitely recommend Sanco to family/friends and would use them for any future needs. “Merari and his team remodeled our hall bath and it is just beautiful! They did an amazing job with installing a new tub/shower combination with gorgeous subway tile, new antique looking fixtures, new ceiling fan and new window over the tub. They replaced the toilet and installed the most beautiful reclaimed wood vanity, mirror and lighting. They finished up with just the perfect color paint, floor tiles and sideboards.Not only did they do a fantastic job they were conscientious about the dust, debris removal and dodging our 5 kids. Merari is a very kind man with a strong work ethic. They finished the job within a very short time and on budget! The final cost of the job matched the initial quote Merari gave us before the work began. We have been enjoying our new bath ever since! I highly recommend his work!Services: Tile work installation“
