“My entire experience with this company was top notch. I had 4 large single pane metal frame windows replaced and I could not be happier. I can already feel the difference in how much more comfortable the house is. My only complaint is that one of the screens has a tear it in, and since I'm pretty sure it was noticed when installing, I would have liked to have that addressed so I wouldn't have to make a call. The window manufacturing was less than perfect, with some sealant/caulk at several corners I needed to remove, and a couple of the corners are not finished looking since they don't come together all the way. Otherwise, I'm 100% happy. I love the look of the windows, they don't look as bulky as some of the other windows I've seen, and I was given some nice options. My salesperson Louie was friendly and made the process easy. Alyssa came out to check measurements and go over options, and she was incredible. Her personality is so real, and she took time to help me make decisions. She also got back to me quickly every time I had a question later. The installers - Sergio, Gary, and Cruz(?) - were so friendly and easy to have around, and did a wonderful job of cleanup, which I really appreciated. I hate being left with a mess. Everyone showed up on time too, which I also greatly appreciate. Thank you Vezina!! I will call you first if I need any of your other services.“
