“Scope of work includes: Demo a water damaged 2nd floor shared hallway bathroom down to frame Replace floor insulation, subfloor, baseboards, and refinish wall. Install LVT, new prefab acrylic walk in shower insert, toilet, vanity, medicine cabinet, and various towel bars. The good: They were one of the few who had great scheduling and showed up to look at the job site. Their estimate was dead on even with the whole COVID situation throwing the material costs into a roller coaster. Their crew was very professional and they had great craftsmanship. They take pride in their work and it shows in their services The unfortunate out-of-our-control issues: The local hardware store delayed our shower insert order three times, and mistook someone else order as mine one time. Thankfully after almost five months since the quote, the parts arrived in good condition. Not the contractor's fault of course, but they worked with me to schedule, and reschedule, and reschedule. As sad as that was, they had good attitudes to work through the challenges. The work was quickly scheduled and done within a week after that.“

“We had issues with our hallway bathroom toilet and we had fans put in both of our bathrooms. All of guys who came in are awesome and do great work!! They fixed our toilet. When putting in the fans, they had to cut the wall in our master bathroom because they ran into issues with the wiring. They came back in to fix and paint the wall and it looks great.
