“I had an AC/Heating unit installed last year. The fan went out and the original installer moved, but promised to get it repaired by an associate. It was in the dead of winter and the tenants had no heat. The previous ac guy stopped answering my texts and phone calls. I called Ken with a google search and I lucked out!
