“Ac went out on Friday night, miserably hot, couldn't reach my regular serviceman all day Saturday, took a shot and got a hold of Imagine That HVAC, and made an appointment for Sunday AM. They came out, ON A SUNDAY, diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem and, now we have AC once again. Added bonus, the price was not at all what I expected, very reasonable. “I had an AC/Heating unit installed last year. The fan went out and the original installer moved, but promised to get it repaired by an associate. It was in the dead of winter and the tenants had no heat. The previous ac guy stopped answering my texts and phone calls. I called Ken with a google search and I lucked out! He did the research to get the warranty done. He made improvements because the previous install was horrible with leaks everywhere. I still haven't heard from the previous ac guy.
