I was very pleased with his work and honesty. Where I feel other companies would have lied and charged me an arm and leg for the issue. “We had a problem with our old unit , so we called for a service call and they came the next day. When the technician checked our unit he told us that we should not invest any more money into it because of the age of the unit. He did get it started but informed us that it might stop again at any time. We decided to get a new unit . They did a fantastic job installing and making sure everything worked properly. I was so impressed on how clean they left everything after the installation. Dean, thanks for your promptness when we couldn’t figure out the thermostat .“
