“Misong Construction recently completed the remodel of my kitchen and 3 baths and did an excellent job.I found out about Misong through friends, who’ve used them for roofing and painting jobs over the last 20 years (with great results) and more recently a few remodeling projects that went well, too.All the crews were very hard-working, always showed up on time and kept going until the job was completed. I have found that’s not always the case with other companies. I especially want to commend Pablo, the project manager, who has a great, positive attitude backed up by a lot of skill and knowledge. Daniel and Diego did a really nice job on tile and other tasks as well. Sherly in the office is really responsive and easy to work with. And the owner, Michael, stopped by my house multiple times to check on progress and clearly takes a lot of pride in his company. We had received many bids and although Brad's wasn't the cheapest we felt comfortable with him and he as very professional and took his work seriously. “Jorge and his crew were wonderful. Jorge was patient and clearly explained to me the entire process from the work itself to the financing that was offered which was the GoGreen financing. This project initially started off as just a replacement of the roof, but after he explained what GoGreen financing covered, I decided to add painting of the house as well.When he came over for the initial estimate, he walked with me around the property explaining what needed to be replaced but also indicated which pieces could remain so that it won’t be replaced unnecessarily. I feel other contractors would say replace everything just to inflate the cost. When it came time to paint the house, he personally came over to provide color swatches of the color that I wanted.What I really appreciated the most was his communication with the job and the timeline for completion. I received daily communications from him on what his crew would be working on that day or the next day. One of the days of roof work, there was going to be a small chance of rain the next day. Him being concerned with it, he let me know that night that he’ll send a couple of people over to cover up the bare roof so that it won’t be exposed to the elements the next morning. Now THAT is caring service.In addition, his crew is just as amazing. After taking off the shingles from the old roof, they made sure to clean up everything on the ground. It really looked like they had not placed the old stuff there in the first place. After the paint work, they meticulously scrubbed the small bits of paint on the floor and cleaned up everything.Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with his professionalism and quality of work. “Prior to a HVAC project, we were referred to Allied Insulation to remove and vacuum the loose insulation from our attic. We contacted Allied Insulation, and they came out immediately. Their technician was also really knowledgeable, gave us a quote and day they could start. They were reasonable, knowledgeable and showed up on time, took all of the old insulation out of the attic and replaced it with state-of-the-art maximum density insulation.
