“When we were looking for a contractor to do our Bathrooms and Kitchen Counter Tops/ Back Splash Ron with Lio James was the only one to only mention the need for a permit and insisted on it. When we checked into this we found out that he in fact was correct and so we signed up with him. Over the course of the project his craftsmen were outstanding especially the tile and granite countertop people. They did a superior job and Ron even added some special touches for us along the way. We could not be happier with the results and I would recommend anyone to use Ron and Lio James Construction for their Kitchen and Bathroom projects.“

“My wife and i had been wanting to make a major change to our home and we were a little nervous taking on such a big project by ourselves. We wanted someone dependable and trustworthy after all the horror stories we had heard. We had received many bids and although Brad's wasn't the cheapest we felt comfortable with him and he as very professional and took his work seriously. We ended up tearing our house down and starting from scratch. We never thought we could do this. Our house came out nicer that we had ever expected and all his crew and sub-contractors were very helpful, professional and responsible. Brad gave us advice on tile, granite, hardwood floors, doors, paint colors, you name it and more. He also took the time to go with us over and over again to the different stores to make sure everything was as we wanted it. We are very happy with our beautiful home and we get compliments all the time from our neighbors. We are very glad we made the right choice for our home. We have definitely recommended Brad to all our family and friends and we know we can count on him with any future projects that might come up. “Misong Construction recently completed the remodel of my kitchen and 3 baths and did an excellent job.I found out about Misong through friends, who’ve used them for roofing and painting jobs over the last 20 years (with great results) and more recently a few remodeling projects that went well, too.All the crews were very hard-working, always showed up on time and kept going until the job was completed. I have found that’s not always the case with other companies. I especially want to commend Pablo, the project manager, who has a great, positive attitude backed up by a lot of skill and knowledge. Daniel and Diego did a really nice job on tile and other tasks as well. Sherly in the office is really responsive and easy to work with. And the owner, Michael, stopped by my house multiple times to check on progress and clearly takes a lot of pride in his company. There are so many other employees equally deserving of mention but I don’t want to make this review too long.Overall, I had a really great experience and would definitely hire them again.“

From the very first visit, Alvaro was knowledgable, transparent and honest. He guided us through the design phase, sharing tips and suggestions to get the best quality work at an affordable price and recommending different materials to purchase so we could really tailor the bathroom to our needs. Once all the materials were here, his crew was onsite for the 5 weeks it took to totally remodel our 2 closets into a brand new bathroom. Was really impressed by fact they spent the whole first day prepping the house so that his team could work efficiently without making any messes (this paid off big time during the messier bits like concrete cutting and sanding drywall). Team was always on time, respectful, and managed my expectations from beginning to end. I've had mixed results with contractors over the years and can attest this is best experience I've ever had. Will be using them again and again and again.
