Bills prices were fair, his crew worked exceptionally hard, and were just great to deal with. I got text updates regularly, he was always cool as a cucumber and only recommended great subcontractors. Even his accountant sent over detailed reconciliations so I felt very informed on where we were at in the budget. I really appreciated the attention to detail in the finishing stages when it's always easy to bounce to another project. Bill's crew was very conscious about wearing masks while working inside and around the house and doing a little extra plastic protection to limit the number of surfaces his team was touching while in the house. “I had James and his team waterproof my lowest level (we live on a hill) which involved some crawlspace and storage areas. The plan seemed complex to me but James stated it was standard to them. All work was finished as planned and in a reasonable time frame. The finished product was very well done to my eyes, cleanup was excellent and they left our house looking as though they had never been there, except for the previously flooded areas. Those looked like a hazmat cleanup team had been through. Pristine!
