David was the team leader on my project. He was knowledgeable, professional and very courteous. I needed a large 2nd story deck replaced with a smaller one. I wanted the stairs to the patio area to include a landing. I asked 6 contractors to give me estimates. Only James Clifton gave me sketches, a fair estimate, a schedule and a work plan that gave me confidence. I wanted the project to be appropriately permitted with the city. He worked with the city to get the required engineering drawings and permits. James offered multiple choices on design and materials.
