Vintage Cellars built my Cellar over 20 years ago. I contacted them when my cooling unit failed. I worked with Sam Kim and he was very professional and service oriented. He ordered me a new unit with an ETA of 1-2 weeks, it was in my hands in four days. He set me up with one of his installers who came on the weekend and removed the old unit, and masterfully installed the new one. Ty prettied everything up and the whole install looked like new when he left. He cleaned everything up beautifully and made certain the new unit was operating correctly before leaving. I've been working with Chris and his team at Vintage Cellars in their Los Angeles office on and off for over 5 years. I've also been out to meet with quite a few of his residential wine cellar clients. My experience in working with them is that everyone in the company is diligent and conscientious. When they agree to do something, I always know I can rely on them to get it done without having to chase them.

We recently ordered a replacement thru-wall cooler and humidifier after our 7 or so years of great performance in the high humidity, warm environment of south Louisiana. It was an easy process. We appreciated the follow-up call verifying that we, indeed, wanted the smaller capacity Wine Guardian. All of my questions were answered regarding dimensions and reinstallation needs. A good check on whether we were selecting the right unit. Further follow-up emails kept us abreast of shipping dates, etc. All a very solid experience and well deserving of a positive review. Being repeat buyers was an easy choice.
