“I wish I had 10000 words to describe the care, attention and professionalism of Dr D. Simply put, in the last week, he saved my daughters life, her colon, and my life and sanity as well. An incredible diagnostician and physician, he diagnosed her in 5 min at his office, but of course ordered the necessary tests. All came back to uphold his original diagnosis, but her severe anemia had rushed her to the hospital one day after blood work. By catching this critical level of anemia, and his insistence to admit her within an hour of lab results, he saved her life. His expertise, devotion to his patients and knowledge is something I have rarely experienced in medical in California. I am so blessed to have called him first“

“I'm here in the late morning at 1100 am and it's busier than I thought it would be. I'm doing blood work and prefer to be here early in the morning but circumstances prevented me from getting here. The receptionist check in was super fast and friendly. I was really impressed. I was asked the standard questions to verify identity and recent illnesses. Now to wait for my turn at the flabotomist. I had great luck finding a parking spot across the street too! Oh my, the waiting area is quite noisy with a rambunctious little child, lol. It's really funny but a bit annoying. It was a little while before Mr Scott from the lab came out and called my name. He was funny and did an excellent job of drawing a couple vials of blood for my lab tests. We were done so fast!“

“It is a very good clinic, the pediatrician is very successful with the diagnoses for children. They attend quickly and there are always appointments available to fill out the paperwork. You don't have to wait long.“

“The drive from where I live which is the South Bay to Los Angeles in Pico during lunch time is crazy for anyone who knows the area but it worth it 100% and would it do it again if needed , I was referred by my daughter’s pediatrician , the staff were so friendly , very helpful, the pediatrician on call that day was amazing ! He didn’t disappoint , I didn’t feel rushed , I didn’t feel brushed off , like hurry up tell me your problem so we can leave . He took his time to listen. And to put icing on the cake we were out of there in less than 2 hours . I would definitely recommend this office !“

“EDIT: I went today, received excellent care from the NP and the office manager spoke to me after about my review. Which, I appreciated. I expressed my frustration because when you make an appt 3 months out, and then it's cancelled, it feels a lot like they don't care. However, Jennifer, the NP was awesome and really made all the difference. I understand that the "OB" part of OB/GYN is a specialty, and one that I don't need anymore. So, their time is under different constraints. But, my previous doctor (no longer in practice) and I had a great relationship, so I expressed that is part of why I was offended - I want to build a relationship with a new doctor. All that said, I very much appreciated her taking the time to talk to me after my appointment. The appointment was on time (actually early), Jennifer was awesome and I give this office a chance in the future. Thank you for allowing me to be heard and to respond! I will be seeing an NP tomorrow for the first and last time at this location. In MARCH I made an appointment for my annual pap smear. Dr. Isola had nothing until July. Okay, that's on me for not planning ahead (and needing a new gynecologist). Yes, the reviews on the OB/GYN UCLA page were abysmal! Yes, people randomly had their appointments cancelled and moved out 3 more months. But, surely this wouldn't happen to me, right? I mean, you can't run an office this way, right? Wrong. This morning - one month before my appointment - the office called and "cancelled". LOL. So, it's not an emergency, clearly. You made me schedule 3 months out, and I accepted that because I need my annual. And, yet...Dr. Isola had to cancel. Sadly, my GP at Toluca Lake Health Center told me she "really liked" Dr. Isola. I guess I'll never know whether I like her or not because after tomorrow, there is NO WAY I'll bother going here. With my insurance, I was really happy when Motion Picture joined with UCLA, and every other specialized doctor and office has been stellar. Seriously, every other referral has been great. This office though? Appalling. And, I'm not getting any younger, so it is important to me to have a great gynecologist as I get older. Clearly this office doesn't care. Or, maybe that's just Dr. Isola? Maybe she just cancels whenever she wants because people will still come to her (when she doesn't cancel for absolutely no explanation). I, however, will not. Be professional. Show that you actually care about your patients - you know, because you are a doctor's office after all.“

“Nothing but love for Dr David Chien and Facey Medical Group in Porter Ranch. We moved out of the area otherwise I would have stayed with these guys forever. From the women on the front desk to the nurses who checked by sons in, to Dr Chien, everyone was amazingly knowledgeable and efficient. We never waited long to be seen and my kids were treated kindly and with respect. We saw them for everything from routine check ups to flu jabs to emergency appointments. Dr Chien is an AMAZING pediatrician. No judgement, excellent communication and took my fears seriously. He was reassuring and if there was concern he was straight forward and was good at mapping out a course of action. Couldn't ask for more. I'm so sad to leave Facey Pediatrics :(“
