She preformed absolute sorcery on my hair, she gave me exactly what I wanted and it even exceeded my expectations. She listened to what I wanted and confirmed everything with me before moving forward. She connected with me and made me feel so comfortable and beautiful by the end of our appointment, she works fast too! She even sent me links to products she recommends at the end of my appointment which I appreciated so much. The environment is welcoming and clean. “Yesterday I wanted to get my hair cut last minute and I walked right in to Felicita Hair & Nail. I asked if they were busy (for me being a last minute walk in) they asked me what I needed? I told them a haircut. They welcomed me in right away! The man there was the only one available while everyone was busy with other clients. and I was hesitant because I usually only have had my hair cut by women. I showed him some pictures & ideas of what I wanted. He ended up telling me what was best for my hair. So i let him do his thing. I walked out of their salon with a smile on my face!
