“The transformation of our brick, pavers, bathroom tile and Saltillo tile restoration is nothing short of miraculous! The scope of work included cleaning our front entry brick, a bathroom floor and shower tiles, cleaning and sealing 640 square feet of pavers and 323 square feet of Saltillo patio tiles.<br><br>When Krisztian came to give us a quote he cleaned a section of our Saltillo tiles and put one layer of sealant on it to give us an idea of what it might look like. Our Saltillo tiles were severely water damaged and had been neglected for 18 years. The tiles had a gray hue to them, but with a little bit of cleaning and the sealant Krisztian applied we could see the orange starting to come through again.<br><br>Krisztian said our job would take 2-3 days to complete. At the end of 3 days of non-stop work, Krisztian said he wanted to come back to apply more coats of sealant to the Saltillo tiles and pavers because he wanted to make sure he got the best result possible.<br><br>He and his crew, Kevin and Ben, found other things that they wanted to work on even though it was not in the original quote. They filled in grout that was missing in the Saltillo tiles and in a bathroom, they cleaned the brick along a pony wall and sealed the front entry brick. Krisztian said there was no charge for this extra work. He and his crew are perfectionists!<br><br>In reading Krisztian‘s bio, we learned that he trained for three years in a tile and stone installation trade school. This professional training has allowed Krisztian to run a very successful restoration business since 2008.<br><br>Krisztian was punctual when he came for the quote and every day of work. He and his crew were professional, respectful and communicated with us during all phases of the work.<br><br>We did get quotes from other companies that would have done a fraction of what Krisztian did. One company said our pavers and Saltillo tiles needed one coat of sealant. Krisztian ended up applying 3 coats of sealant to the pavers and 4 coats of sealant to the Saltillo tiles.<br><br>Another person who gave us a quote said he did not restore pavers. He asked who we had gotten other bids from and when we told him Koszo Restoration, he said, "Oh yeah, he is great."<br><br>I highly recommend Koszo Restoration!
