This morning woke up to no hot water ! Ugh !!! Had an emergency the weekend after New Years ! I was in panic mode because of having no hot water. We have a tankless water heater and first time error code 99! Called Castleworks and immediately got a GREAT, SMART TECH . Thomas Bright. Spent about 2-1/2 hours diagnosing and fixing ! It is working ! Yes !!! Amazing work , honest , and great company . Thorough diagnosing and fixing the problems . Did not overcharge ! In fact , the phone gal was super and I asked was there extra fees for holiday weekend and she assured me no way ! I like this company , I love the techs ... all good super five stars !
