“Loving these workouts so far. 30 min and you’re done, with having done everything you need. More weights than cardio in these high intensity workouts which I’m liking. It’s a class workout and I really enjoy doing classes. Each person gets their own station per workout and the concept of the weights system is really cool - I don’t know how to explain it. I also really like the fact the room is dim, it’s a vibe. Coach Mike is meticulous and will guide you through the workouts and make sure your posture is correct! ????“

After my first appointment there is no need to feel nervous at all. It was super quick and the nurse talks to you the entire time just so you’re not thinking about the little zaps going through your body. Overall I would say the “pain” is a 2/10.
