“The crew at Just Rite Air came today and installed my new A/C unit. The system is installed, as well as the work they had to do removing all of our old equipment. What a difference! They explained what they had to replace, showed me all of the new equipment, cleaned up and hauled away all of the old parts. The price was fair and reasonable considering all that had to be done. It is a relief to have the new equipment installed, and one less thing I need to worry about.“

Their technician was great with communication and arrived on time. He was quick and to the point. “My AC went out right at the beginning of this last heatwave! I called my landlord who sent out 2 different companies. The first one wasn't even equipped with the right parts needed. The second didn't even show up I finally gave her the phone number for iComfort who I have used before at previous properties. They came out same day and got the AC running!! Technician Javier was polite and clean! He wore shoe covers anytime he was inside and communicated throughout the entire service. He explained that the system is very old and will need to be replaced. Fortunately, he had all the parts needed for an immediate fix. They will be coming back in a couple of days to provide a replacement quote. Long story short, both tenants and landlord are cool and happy“

Before coming over, Ken called and tried to get more information in order to troubleshoot the issue. Gave me an idea of what it might be, best case and worst case scenarios. After speaking with him on the phone, I decided he should come over and diagnose it.

Ken and his son were very professional and kind. They were able to diagnose the problem and suggest a temporary fix while giving me an ideal fix for the future.

Dennis, upon checking his work, also went under the house and found the problem was not distribution of the ducts, but a hole that was causing the problem.
