My sons, daughter-in-law, and grandbaby arrive this evening from Back East. I started early this morning on the ton of bedding - and my dryer quit! I suspected the belt. Faith at World Appliances was terrific. She quoted a price for the part and repairs and gave me a time frame when someone could come out today. Later she called to let me know that Victory was on his way. Victor was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions. I am so relieved to have my dryer working again. Thanks, World Appliance.

Frank, the technician, came over to look at my dryer problem. He found out the control board is bad and he searched the internet and the dtyer manual to make sure that’s the case. I admired his knowledge and thoroughness for the problem. Also, he showed me how to clean the dryer vent and where can I find a good dryer in the neighborhood.
