Today was my 3rd visit to HT Salon in Union City, CA. Service has been excellent, from facial, eyebrows, lip waxing and mani/pedi. The shop is super clean, the staff super friendly and extremely knowledgeable about services. I’ve never had my eyebrows shaped. Vivi has done an excellent job of cleaning up my brows, shaping and tinting them. The facial was delicious. The mani/pedi was great. Looking forward to a haircut with highlights in a few weeks with Vivi. If you’re looking for a new shop, I highly recommend HT Salon. Vivi and Mai are both excellent in there craft!
I have been going to Lovelle for a couple of months now and i have to honestly say that Koko does an amazing job, she just gets it!!! The lash quality doesn't get any better! It is the best and the lashes last quite some time which I LOVE!! The customer service she provides is on point from the moment you enter the door.. not to mention the prices are very reasonable and affordable! she is so lovely and has such a bubbly personality. Love her !! I definitely recommend this place.

It was an excellent service, she informs you of the entire beginning and end of things perfectly, she even gives you the best options that will best facilitate your procedure and thus make the process easier. Our time was approximately three months for our permits to arrive and they arrived super fast due to her correct preparation of forms, clarifying that ours is about a work permit, she is very kind and accommodates your budget yes. AAA Fire Protection Services was awesome today in taking care of the 5-year fire sprinkler inspection for our business. Other than the normal routine of doing the inspection they ( Jerome the Inspector) went above and beyond in explaining what was been done and why it was being done. These inspections are always expensive partly because there are a lot of responsibilities and insurance requirements in their line of work, but they gave us the best bang for the buck by far compared to anyone else on our shop's fire sprinkler inspection and outstanding service to go along with it. I recommend them highly and being someone who gives the best service in their industry I can easily spot those that do so in theirs.

We had some large oak trees on the back slope of our house - definitely not easy access or terrain! But it appeared to be no problem for the Bioscapes team. They were professional, efficient and thorough. It was amazing watching them work. They also cleaned up afterwards and left everything looking great. When we initially contacted them, Miguel came out right away and gave us a very reasonable quote, then scheduled the work for the following week. He was careful to communicate throughout the process to make sure that everything got done as we wanted. We would definitely recommend them.

I booked an appointment with Briana and when I got there everything was so clean and well organized. She was really quick working and She knew what she was doing! I told her I wanted Curtain bangs with a U cut and soft layers and she cared about what would make my hair look better and put her input of ideas. She worked so well and while she was working, her energy was so amazing. She was so cheerful and easy to talk to. She did exactly what I asked for and did it so dang good! Her skills are definitely something I will be coming back for!

Brandy has been my stylist for years. She is insanely talented, highly professional, and an absolute delight to be around. The salon is always clean and all surfaces are cleaned thoroughly between each customer’s use. She’s also efficient with timing - unlike other salons where I have to surrender most of not all of my day. I remain one happy customer!

Loved my experience with the friendly staff here. 5/5 environment. 5/5 skill. 5/5 service. You can tell they truly care about their customers and they never rush service. They’re also never pushy and never try to upsell like other nail salons. I feel at ease here. Not only is the place super clean, their practice is extremely hygienic which is why I’ll be a new regular. Good vibes all around. I saw the owner befriending the customers and is very hospitable to everyone who walks through the doors. Reliable family business - you feel very cozy even just sitting and observing. Mimi is probably the most diligent nail tech I have ever had- She genuinely took her time and took no shortcuts to making my nails look so so so clean and smooth. No bumps, uneven polish, no dead skin left, no rushed acrylic application. Usually nail techs just take a big glob of acrylic and hope for the best, but Mimi did little by little, achieving a natural and even base. Gel application perfect. She even cut my cuticles, despite me getting an acrylic overlay fill. Will 100% be back, zero attitude or anything besides kindness

Finally!! I have found my brow lady! Priya is incredibly sweet and talented. I was having bad experiences at my old spot since my favorite lady moved and now I found a hidden gem. It's a little hard to find only because it's hidden in the middle and has no traffic running through it but parking is easy and once you get there she's super easy to find. She greeted me warmly and asked what shape I was looking for, I'm used to them just going at it. But she made sure to keep the thickness that I requested and brought back my arch that I've been missing. I was so elated. Not to mention I didn't feel a thing. She has blessed hands I did not feel a single pinch or pluck it felt like she was just running the string against my forehead. Since she was so light I asked for upper lip too and she was so fast and pain was barely there. It is also incredibly priced and she's so quick I was in and out of there. I plan to be back every two weeks for a clean up! She remembered my name and made me feel so welcome. I had to run on here to rave about her before telling all my friends as well.
Went for a haircut and Nanette did an amazing job. I asked for long layers and the result came out really well. First time trying this salon and really happy with the service and Nanette was great to work with. Do bring cash as that is the accepted form of payment

Dropped in without an appointment. Didn't have to wait too long. They really need another person working on Friday afternoons because only one person working and more people were waiting after me. Otherwise, excellent shampoo and cut.
This salon was friendly and clean. Annie was the one that booked and sat me down for color correction. I told her I wanted partial highlights and color correction, however I ended up with a whole balayage and my results didn’t look like my inspo pic. My hair still turned out nice given my hair history so no complaints, just a little disappointed it’s not what I’ve envisioned to have for my trip. They were honest about pricing, and with competitive rates, I understand why it cost that much. Annie’s assistant, Lin, did an amazing job at doing my hair. Annie was very busy, Lin ended up doing my whole head. He was delicate, but not slow, and very attentive to detail. I was very comfortable because of him, especially the 3 times he had to rinse my hair. He made sure water didn’t go down my back or forehead and also made sure to clean up any dye that got on my ears, neck, and face. Staff gave me cookies to snack on and a water. I was very appreciative of their services.
I've been going to Silhouette Salon for at least 10 years now at the recommendation of my family members. Ken has been cutting and coloring my hair and more recently, Teresa did this color. Since my hair is fairly dark and I went with this lighter color, Teresa recommended me a shampoo to help retain the color. Both are great at their craft and are a great team. I have a rounder face and Ken always frames it well, be it a neck length a-line cut, shoulder length bob, or mid-arm length layers. Currently thinking about my next hair color and will be planning another visit in the next few months! Thank you Teresa and Ken for over a decade of great cuts and colors
I walked in around 5 pm today for an underarm wax. There was only one employee available and she greeted me and took me in right away. She educated me on why waxing is better than shaving, and was super gentle the whole time. The process was also quick. Will be returning again!

During the recent heat wave my heat pump stopped cooling my house, so I scheduled an appointment with Smart repair. Lurii came out on time and diagnosed the problem. He came back and fixed the problem, and also did a return visit to fine tune the remedy. I am very happy with the results and look forward to working with them again if needed. Highly recommended.

John is an excellent project manager and communicator, and very helpful in keeping everything on track as well. (They are also nice people to work with). They finished ahead of schedule (!!) which was a huge plus. Attention to detail was there every step of the way, and they never batted an eye when I expanded the scope of work (more than once). the spiders around my house always make appearances in the warmer months but once wasps started showing up too i finally decided to look into pest control. family pest solutions has consistently great reviews so i reached out for a quote. i'd recommend calling/texting directly or messaging through yelp. i discussed the issue with darren and settled on doing a one-time exterior treatment at a competitive price. he arrived within the quoted timeframe, did an assessment around the perimeter, then got to work! he let me know what he did and also informed me of a treatment warranty.
the spiders have amazingly stayed away but the wasps unfortunately returned about three weeks later. i texted darren and he was able to come out for an additional treatment under warranty and gave me more recommendations to hopefully prevent future appearances.

My massage therapist did really well checking in during the session to make sure the pressure was okay. I felt sore the next day which means she did a great job focusing on the knots.

I recently had an appointment with Hannah and she was absolutely incredible! This was probably my best massage I have ever experienced. She is what I would describe as an empathic and compassionate therapist! Hannah has a real skill to recognize what your body needs and that's exactly the type of therapist I want to have. I already have a hard time communicating my needs or when the pressure might be painful, but Hannah checked in with me periodically throughout the massage making me feel at ease and comfortable. It seemed like she knew exactly what my body needed and there was never a time I felt like the pressure was painful. I also had a foot injury and she was incredibly thoughtful and gentle checking in with how my injury area was feeling. I got to enjoy this whole process and quickly trusted her which is hard for me to do. I feel very lucky to have connected with Hannah and I will absolutely be a regular client coming back!
