We missed our schedule. Call next day for service. The Kevin show up in less than an hour to take care of our restaurant . We are please that he take care of our business from from starting 2013.Services: Rodent extermination
I have dealt with William Smith, and I have nothing but great things to say about him. The whole treatment process was very easy. William, got back to me in a timely manner, and after he conducted the inspection he sent the estimate right away. We have used William for a few of the properties that we managed, and so far we haven't had any issues with his services he provided for us and the tenants. William is very professional and easy going. If and whenever we have an issue William is always available to go out, and inspect the unit. I'm sure everyone at Terminix is nice and professional, but I personally like dealing directly with William, as we have never had any issues...read full review
