“The front desk supervisor was amazing in helping me come up with the right package from skin tags and moles. I removed 15+ from my chest, back and face!!! I just have a lot of moles on my body...I thought the pricing was going to be outrageous, but the supervisor came up with a reasonable package for me. It's definitely more expensive than other places, but they really do offer the best technique. I called five other offices and no one offered the laser machine they use. It's the best. My friend has great results here last year and I'm looking forward to seeing how my moles turn out too“

“Some doctors lack a good bedside/chair-side manner. Others suffer from a packed schedule and can't take the time to explain the issue that ails you. Neither is true of Dr. Mark Tran. He is patient, engaged, and very thorough. I like everything about him. Today was my 4th visit to Newport Dermatology. Last year, I was referred to Dr. Tran by another doctor who was unable to diagnose my rash. I'm grateful to her for the referral. Dr Tran knows his stuff, (John Hopkins and Stanford) he's no slouch. He provide very clear explanations. In addition his office has all the equipment to make a quick diagnosis. The office is very clean, nicely appointed with soft, calming pastels and the staff is polite, welcoming and knowledgeable. No need to go elsewhere. If you've got skin issues call Dr. Tran. Oh and his wife Dr. Lee is awesome too. Newport Dermatology is the best response for skin related issues.“

“Came in for Clear and Brilliant. I love this laser but the way their nurse at Dr Brilliant who does it is really amazing and really takes her time. I numb for about 45 minutes and she has no problem or issue with me numbing that long! She also provides a nice warm cloth to wash off any excess makeup & all the numbing! Thats a definite bonus for me! Their prices are good and the staff is really nice. The office is relaxing and not too busy so you really get one on one service. “Cannot recommend Dr. Nino's office enough! I was referred to her by another dermatologist who was confident Dr. Nino would be able to help me with a benign cyst that had become inflamed and painful. I had an HMO at the time and had to wait for the referral to be approved, so by the time I saw Dr. Nino, the issue had resolved due to an injection and antibiotics from the original dermatologist. Dr. Nino nevertheless came up with a plan of action should the problem arise again, even providing an antibiotic prescription to have on hand just in case. Fast forward a little over a year, and unfortunately the problem returned. Dr. Nino's office staff were so kind and, understanding the matter was urgent, they were able to get me in within a few days due to a cancellation. Dr. Nino was again thorough and patient. She recalled my previous visit and reviewed my options for treatment. I was apprehensive and concerned about any treatment that would be painful, and Dr. Nino helped guide me to the best plan of action without making me feel pressured (spoiler alert: it was the most painful of the options). Despite this, the procedure was quick and Dr. Nino put me at ease. She treated me in office on Friday and I was feeling much better throughout the weekend. Dr. Nino also gave me the option to return every day the following week to have a nurse clean and re-bandage the incision. I saw Sarah each day, and she was so pleasant, thorough and gentle. The front office staff were friendly upon check-in, and I was in and out of the office very quickly. Dr. Nino also popped in to see me before the weekend to ensure that everything was healing properly. I so appreciate the attentive care I received from Dr. Nino's office and highly recommend her and her team.“

I went in for general body skin exam and to get skin tags removed. The skin tag removal was easy and painless! Dr. Afsahi is so good at explaining everything, and was able to answer all my concerns and questions. He has GREAT bedside manner and is super friendly and professional. My appt was easy and quick!
