Called Richter Roofing and when their tech came out he found the issue right away and haven't had a leak since and paid a tiny tiny fraction of what a new roof would have cost. Also very kind and conscientious. I saw that another review said they had issues -- can't imagine what went wrong there. I trust these guys completely! House is dry as bank vault when it rains.“

“Excellent service! Marco was professional since day one. I felt the job (changing a roof turbine) was too small for a company. But Marco came quickly, and saw that the turbine on the roof was loose. He tried to fix it on the spot but it was completely busted. He came with the new one, punctual as the first time, he did an amazing job using material that will last, sent me the photos of the progress and I was completely satisfied. He treated my small job as if it was something big. He was always on time, he kept me posted of his ETA, and the cost was very affordable. “We live in an older Burbank house that was built around 1940. When we bought the house in 2015, we were told that we needed to replace the roof sooner or later. It had 3 layers of shingles atop old-fashioned wood shakes. Shea Roofing was not the lowest bid, and it wasn't the highest bid; they were right in the middle. We liked their businesslike approach, and after checking their license information on the state website, we hired them. They were outstanding i every way. In the heat of summer, they first sent a demolition team to remove the three layers of old shingles, along with the wood shakes. They did this in one day. There were 12 guys, at least, doing the work. The next day they sent another team of 12, to lay down the plywood and new shingles. We have a detached garage that was included in the project. The shingles were laid in one or just over one day. We highly recommend this company for residential roofing needs.“

“I wanted to build an ADU at my friend's house. We are both retired and wanted to join our pensions for a nicer living arrangement. The plan was to convert her garage into an apartment for me.
