“My house has a flat area on the 2nd floor above my stairway landing and had been leaking and repaired twice by different company within past 7 years. It kept leaking because the slope to the drain pipe is not right so water ponding and caused leak. I am SO HAPPY I found Superior Roof Solutions around June of 2022. They redid the whole flat area by installing a metal cricket to correct the slope problem and direct water to the drain pipe. With all the rain we got in 2023 and 2024, I have not seen any leak. I felt that I owe them a true review. Their price is not the cheapest, but their work is the best. However, it's worthy because I can relax on any raining days. They provided me 20 years labor and material warranty. Most roofing company do NOT provide any warranty for repairs. That tells you the quality and confidence of their work.“
