My house has a flat area on the 2nd floor above my stairway landing and had been leaking and repaired twice by different company within past 7 years. It kept leaking because the slope to the drain pipe is not right so water ponding and caused leak. I am SO HAPPY I found Superior Roof Solutions around June of 2022. They redid the whole flat area by installing a metal cricket to correct the slope problem and direct water to the drain pipe. With all the rain we got in 2023 and 2024, I have not seen any leak. David responded right away when we needed a quote for a total roof replacement. He answered all of our questions and made us feel at ease. His customer service skills are phenomenal. The crew were very respectful of our property. They covered our pool and front lawn to protect them from debris. The roof was completed in a week and looked great!

Painters discovered leak in roof (of course) ... called a bunch of 5 star Yelp companies. I got wildly different estimates and causes of the problems. Good grief. One company was too lazy to come here and just did a google maps search and said my roof was very old and needed a replacement. For a ton of money (twice what it should be). Others said all different things. This company sent someone out; I got a good vibe right away. He actually took photos on the roof and explained to me in language I could understand.
